The Lowcountry doesn't need any excuse to throw down, but Halloween seems like just as good as any other holiday to go downtown and get a little weird. Charleston establishments start early with the dancing, drinking, and DJing — all while in costume. Look for drink specials and best-dressed contests. Eater will update this map regularly.
