In case you missed the boat on ordering a holiday ham in time for Friday’s festive feast, no fret. Plus, you are not alone. It’s been a rocky road this year and if you can’t fathom the idea of baking and cooking nonstop to put a grand meal on the table, we don’t blame you. Luckily there are several spots open (some even on Christmas Eve and Christmas day) to help lighten the load.

From Mediterranean spreads and dim sum to Ashley Christensen’s macaroni au gratin and homemade cookies for Santa (ahem, yourself), here are eight Triangle restaurants offering takeout this week. It’s a great way to put amazing food on the table while supporting local restaurants trying to survive the pandemic.
