Korean restaurant Mama Kim’s has served as a staple for bibimbap since it sat on Calhoun Street in 2004. Now located at 349 King Street, the establishment is a beacon for college students in search of a good deal and locals with a craving for bulgogi and banchan. But that may change soon, as the address is currently listed for sale with an estimated rent of $10,745.75.
Owner Kim Onam Brown has famously told local press that she’s not ready to retire, despite being in the food and beverage business for almost 40 years, but the post from realtor Mike Santos states, “Owner Looking to Potentially Retire.”
