ETA Group, the folks behind “urban golf club” Stroke, will open its latest project the Royal Tot on Friday, January 21, at 933 Louise Avenue in Charlotte’s Belmont neighborhood. The Royal Tot is built to be a two-story tropical oasis soaked in beach cocktails. “As soon as you arrive, you will feel as though you are somewhere else,” says CEO of ETA Group Ashleigh Gadd.
Claiming the largest rum collection in Charlotte, the Royal Tot features over 100 different types of rum. Beverage director Larry Suggs created a drink menu with almost two dozen lush creations. Titles include Queen’s Park Swizzle, Sally Sells Seashells, Frozen Fog, and 1,610 Miles From Home.
The team paired up with Paper Plane Deli & Market for the food menu, which includes lomi lomi, coffee-rubbed pork shoulder with pineapple salsa, champagne ice cream, and more.
The Royal Tot will be open Wednesday through Sunday, starting at 5 p.m.
