Celebrity chef Guy Fieri will put his maverick stamp of tastes on the Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort this fall with the opening of Guy Fieri’s Cherokee Kitchen + Bar. Located in Cherokee, North Carolina, in the Great Smoky Mountains, the casino is an enterprise of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.

Fieri became familiar with the area of western North Carolina while filming Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. He says he’s “stoked” to contribute to the food scene in the Smoky Mountains.

The new 200-seat restaurant will offer many of the Fieri’s signature dishes, like the bacon mac-n-cheese burger with Donkey Sauce, bourbon brown sugar barbecue wings, pulled pork sandwiches and more.

Guy Fieri’s Cherokee Kitchen + Bar joins Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Wicked Weed Brewpub, and a few other quick bite options in the casino.

Even though it’s billed as a casual dining concept, the dining room renderings look upscale rustic-chic with antler chandeliers, leather banquettes, and cow hide chairs. Take a quick look here.
