Spring Street bar Warehouse will launch a new chef residency program on Wednesday, October 6, with culinary talents Zach Woody and Brandon Andrist. “After a very successful pop-up series this summer, we decided to move forward with Zach and Brandon as a permanent fixture as our new food brand, the Lux,” says Warehouse owner James Groetzinger.
The Lux will serve a menu of modernist cuisine, which is a big departure from the bar’s previous menus of fried chicken sandwiches, tater tots, and ramen. Now the menu reads like a poem. One entry is simply “APPLE inception.”
Woody previously worked for the Alinea Group in Chicago, so there’s some Grant Achatz inspiration behind the plates. Here’s the updated menu.

Warehouse will offer the Lux menu from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and then after that will switch to a late night menu of international street foods.
Reservations for the Lux experience will be available on Resy.
