Many Charleston Restaurants Continue to Offer Delivery and Takeout

It’s day seven since South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster ordered restaurants to shut down dine-in services to halt the spread of COVID-19. Many establishments are forging ahead with carryout and delivery services. For example, Estadio owner Max Kuller is personally doing evening Estadio deliveries via Charleston’s popular mode of transit: a golf cart. He says, ”The first job I applied for in the industry was a delivery guy at Pizza Hut — I ended up not taking the job but it’s something I’ve always wanted to do.”
