Pizza and pastry spot Baker & Brewer opened at the end of March at 94 Stuart Street, but due to lack of an alcohol license, it had to remain BYOB. The collaboration between EVO Pizzeria and Holy City Brewery was only able to serve the food side of the menu and not the adult beverages.

Today, EVO operations manager Abe Versprille announced that Baker & Brewer can finally serve all that booze:

... we have received full alcohol licensing and we are now pouring. Since we have been having to stare at a full tap list ready to go unable to serve for the past few weeks we have decided to make a dramatic splash into service. This weekend we are offering $3 pints of all of our 20 taps of beer brewed here at Baker & Brewer. We can’t think of a better way to enter the market then thanking our guest for waiting on us to get through this process. In addition to drafts we will have wine and full liquor selections. We look forward to seeing everyone this weekend and are ready to start flowing!!!
