Tickets are now on sale for Charleston’s business workshop for women in the hospitality industry — FAB. The event takes place June 9 - 11.
Started in 2017, FAB is a two-day educational conference hosted by women in the food industry, for women in the food industry. Organizer Randi Weinstein has invited a group of speakers and presenters to FAB like Dana Cowin (formerly of Food & Wine), co-founder of award-winning bakery Ovenly Erin Patinkin, Chef & the Farmer chef Vivian Howard, Star Provisions chef Anne Quatrano, Otaku Ramen chef Sarah Gavigan, and many, many more influential players in the F&B world.
FAB bridges the gap between talk and action; it’s as much an educational forum and intensive skill share course as networking convention. This year, attendees are allowed to pick and choose which sessions to attend, rather than in years past when there were set tracks.
