Breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant Metro Diner plans to open in West Ashley next month. The chain restaurant based out of Jacksonville, Florida, has multiple locations across the country, including one in Aiken, South Carolina.
Metro Diner was featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives for its American staples like meatloaf and the Pittsburgh steak salad. Host Guy Fieri really liked the big portions.
The Lowcountry location of Metro Diner will be located at 1808 Sam Rittenberg Boulevard. The menu is full of comfort foods like chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, pulled pork, and mac’ n cheese.

Once open, Metro Diner will serve Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. /4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
