HARLESTON VILLAGE — Wentworth Street restaurant Basic Kitchen teams up with Fresh Future Farm on Sunday, January 27, for a super-local meal full of vegetables grown on Germaine Jenkins’ land. Chef Nicholas Wilber will prepare dinner with the local produce while attendees preview the feature length documentary “Rooted,” a story about Jenkins and the Fresh Future Farm, The $100 tickets include a family-style meal, wine, and cocktails.
