UPPER KING — New cocktail bar the Parlour will debut in Parcel 32’s upstairs space on New Year’s Eve with an opening party. The Parlour will open beginning Jan. 2, Tuesday through Sunday, from 5 p.m. to close, with happy hour, Tuesday through Friday from 5 to 7 p.m., and late-night dining Fridays and Saturdays from 10 p.m. to midnight.
