Sushi staple O-Ku is already a weekend hot spot, but now it will add late night snacks to its evenings. On Fridays and Saturdays, between 11 p.m. to 1 a.m., O-Ku will offer live music and a menu of post-dinner bites. The new menu launches on Friday, November 23.
Executive chef Eric Hill will offer O-Ku favorites like seaweed salad, squid salad, truffle and salt edamame, rock shrimp salad, Tokyo wings, California roll, Cali Crunch roll, spicy tuna roll, tuna crunch roll, fire cracker roll, potato roll, mochi ice cream, yuzu pavlova, chocolate bar, and green tea cake.

From burgers to barbecue to tater tots, hungry bar hoppers or service industry workers can still find good food after most of the other restaurants close down the kitchens for the night.
