European-style eatery Babas on Cannon opened 10 days ago, but for those who haven’t had a chance to check out the newcomer, the menu has been a mystery. While the team of Edward Crouse, Marie Stitt, and Lane Becker have been busy with the premiere, Eater snagged a copy of the offerings.

Inspired by pincho bars in Spain, aperitivo in Italy, and small cafes in France, the menu includes Burgundy truffles, pickled shrimp, fancy grilled cheese on brioche, onion dip, smoked sprats, tapenade, and much more. Also included are Becker’s expert cocktails and some very unique and fun wine selections.

Located at 11 Cannon Street, Babas opens Tuesday through Saturday, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., with plans to eventually expand into lunch hours. Check out the menu below, and if you go, let us know what you think. The cafe is so new, that there aren’t even any Yelp reviews starring it yet.
