CANNONBOROUGH/ELLIOTBOROUGH — On Sunday, September 24, Cannon Green chef Amalia Scatena teams up with chef Kelly Fields of Willa Jean in New Orleans for a Big Gay Brunch benefitting the 7th annual Charleston Pride Festival. PARK CIRCLE — Almost-neighbors EVO Pizzeria and The Brew Cellar will host the Park Circle Oktoberfest, on September 30, from noon to 6 p.m. There will beer from local breweries, wine from Stems & Skins and Accent on Wine, and Bavarian-inspired bites from EVO Pizzeria, Fratello’s Italian Tavern, Madra Rua Irish Pub, and LoLa. Food trucks will also be in attendance with Roti Rolls, Bked, Dashi, Diggity Doughnuts, Immortal Lobster, Just Eat This, Happy Thai, King of Pops, Steve’s Authentic Key Lime, and Kaylea Cupcakes.
