Fans of beer, charcuterie, wood-fired pizza, and cocktails should rejoice, because Edmund’s Oast Brewery is now open at 1505 King St. in the Pacific Box & Crate development. Look for unique pints, draft booze, and lots of charcuterie.
Brewing director Cameron Read produced beers for the Edmund’s Oast restaurant since its opening, but will now have more room to brew more in the updated space, plus customers can take growlers of the beverages home. The brewery comes with a full food menu from chef/partner Geoff Marquardt and chef Johnny Singleton.
The menu ranges from pork and peanut stew to fancy hot dogs to field peas to chorizo and peach pizza. The offerings help soak up any libations consumed on the premises.
Edmund’s Oast Brewery opens every day but Tuesday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Here’s a look at the opening menu, which includes Nascar wings and dry aged steak.
