CANNONBOROUGH/ELLIOTBOROUGH — Bronx-born Per Se alum Jonathan Wu of Fung Tu in Manhattan’s Lower East Side will stop by the Lowcountry next week for two collaboration dinners. On July 3, Wu teams up with chef Chelsey Conrad at Butcher & Bee for a menu mash up of Chinese, American, Middle Eastern, and Southern flavors. NOMO — On July 5, chef Jonathan Wu drops in Xiao Bao Biscuit for a dim sum dinner, starting at 5:30 p.m., with chef Josh Walker. Plates will be $5 each or available as a dim sum tray.
