Restaurant group Glowfisch Hospitality (Five Loaves Cafe and Sesame Burgers) will open Ember Wood Fired Kitchen on Wednesday, June 28. Located in the Belle Hall Shopping Center in Mount Pleasant, Ember Wood Fired Kitchen will offer Neapolitan-style pizza, paninis, big salads, and vegetable sides cooked in the wood oven.
The forthcoming Long Point Road restaurant will have a casual dining room and will have the same family-friendly atmosphere of the other Glowfisch Hospitality establishments.
This upcoming eatery joins several other pizza parlors/vegetable heavy eateries to open recently in the Lowcountry: Juliet, from the team behind Collective Coffee Co., opened in May in the former Butcher & Bee space and Wood & Grain from chef Patrick Owen will open in Mount Pleasant the same day as Ember Wood Fired Kitchen.
Ember Wood Fired Kitchen will open Monday through Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
