Amanee Neirouz Moves Up to Executive Chef of Tristan Catering

Her pastries aren’t going anywhere though

Relish Restaurant Group recently promoted current head of the pastry department Amanee Neirouz to executive chef of Tristan Catering & Events. Neirouz’s creations were found around town in Relish properties like Upper King’s 492 and West Ashley’s Ms. Rose’s Fine Food & Cocktails.

Relish says that the chef will continue leading the pastry department will also “overseeing catering functions, managing teams, streamlining operations and handling administrative duties.” Neirouz will also completely overhaul the catering menu.

Relish also notes that Neirouz will be heavily involved in the two-day educational FAB conference for women in the food industry, which will be held in Charleston on June 11 through 13, 2017. In addition to serving breakfast breads on the first morning of the conference, Neirouz will host a special dinner for speaker Jen Hidinger at 492 on June 13.
