DOWNTOWNSpoleto Festival USA takes over Charleston for the next few weeks, including local bar menus. From May 22 to June 11, restaurants near performing arts venues will offer show-inspired sips. For example, Le Farfalle near Memminger Auditorium offers a Spoleto Cobbler inspired by Il n’est pas encore minuit and Pawpaw has a Vivaldi Smash Inspired by Vivaldi’s opera Farnace.
