Kairos Greek Kitchen Opens With ‘Succulent, Slow-Roasted Lamb’

Mount Pleasant Greek restaurant Kairos announced a May opening earlier this month and kept that promised as it opened the doors last week. The concept from former Lana chef John Ondo brings fast-casual options for bowls, pitas, and salads with lamb, chicken, falafel, and meatballs with traditional toppings and spreads.

Kairos is the ancient Greek word for “Supreme Moment”. We have many supreme moments here at Kairos. The moment our made-in-Mount Pleasant falafels sink into the cooker. The moment we drizzle tzatziki sauce over our succulent, slow-roasted lamb. The moment we serve our baba ganoush. But the golden moment we look forward to seeing most is our guests sharing healthy, Greek-inspired dishes with one another.
