Prohibition Spruces Up Patio for Spring

Time for al fresco drinking

Charleston gets a few weeks of perfect weather before the oppressive heat and humidity settles in for the summer. During this time, diners and drinkers seek out outdoor spaces to consume snacks and rosé in. Knowing this, Upper King bar Prohibition has fancied up its patio just in time for the al fresco dining season.

Now patrons can enjoy a Strawberry Smash (Makers mark, strawberry, lemon, sugar, mint) while enjoying the open skies.

Other new patios in town include the back deck at Rudi’s Caffé e Vino, the side spot at taco eatery Pancito & Lefty, an outdoor space at Mount Pleasant’s The Granary, the back yard at newly reopened Palace Hotel, the picnic tables at hot spot Rappahannock Oyster Company, and a patio at downtown bar The Brick.
