Ink N Ivy Shows Off Goat Cheese Burger Prior to Opening

Hints of a Charleston menu

Charlotte-based Bottle Cap Group brings the third installment of Ink N Ivy to the former Taylor’s Pawn Shop space this spring. The other two restaurants are in Charlotte and Greenville. The website for the Charleston store is up, but doesn’t give up the menu just yet. It will be new American, familiar flavors with a raw bar, steaks, seafood, and pork chops.

The forthcoming restaurant recently posted a teaser on its Facebook page. The goat cheese burger comes with avocado, arugula, roasted tomato salsa, and herb aioli on a brioche bun. Study the photo and determine if Ink n Ivy is for you.

The Upper King restaurant went through a hiring spree earlier this month, so it shouldn’t be much longer until it unlocks the doors. Keep an eye here for announcements on menus and an opening date.
