For those not keeping a watchful eye on Instagram stories of local public relations companies, ByrdHouse PR dropped a screen full of upcoming Tex Mex spinoff Juan Luis’ menu recently. The forthcoming eatery comes from pitmaster John Lewis, whose childhood in El Paso, TX, as well as his time in New Mexico, influenced his love of the cuisine.

The Instagram story shared a photo of the menu coming together at local branding agency Stitch Design Co. The menu includes nachos, brisket burritos, puffy tacos with rice and beans, queso, and more. Take a look at the screen cap here.

Juan Lewis will be on of the spaces in the fancy forthcoming food court Workshop by Butcher & Bee, slated to open downtown this spring with a variety of chef-driven eating options. When it opens, Juan Luis will be a seven-day operation from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. (11 p.m. Thursday through Saturday).
