Short Grain Takes Over The Darling Raw Bar

UPPER KING — Award-winning Short Grain chef Shuai Wang steps behind the raw bar at The Darling on Wednesday, April 12. From 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Wang will offer a menu of seasonal seafood staples and hot items. The menu is not yet available. [EaterWire]

NOMO — La Morra Pizzeria stops by Edmund’s Oast on Wednesday, April 5 for collaboration pie goodness. Starting at 4:30 p.m., about six different pizzas will be on the menu for purchase. [EaterWire]

FRENCH QUARTER — One of the top food parties of the year, the Gibbes Museum of Art Street Party pulls in all the heavy-hitters for one night of eating, drinking, and merriment. This year’s theme is “Food is Art.” On May 4, The Atlantic Room, Café Framboise, Cassique, Caviar & Bananas, Charleston Grill, Circa 1886, Cypress, Drawing Room, Edmund’s Oast, FIG, Grill 225, The Grocery, Halls Chophouse, Hank’s, Husk, Le Farfalle, The Macintosh, McCrady’s, Oak, The Obstinate Daughter, The Ocean Room, The Ordinary, Peninsula Grill, Red Drum, Trattoria Lucca, Slightly North of Broad, Warehouse, and WildFlour Pastry will be in attendance. The fun starts at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are $150 for members and $175 for non-members. [ECHS]
