UPPER KING — Before Rappahannock Oyster Co. opens in Charleston, it will give mollusk fans a taste of what’s to come on Tuesday, March 14 at The Macintosh for a pig and oyster roast. Chef Jeremiah Bacon will offer a family-style meal of slow-roasted hog, ray and roasted Chesapeake Bays, local beers, and more. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. and tickets are $55. [EaterWire]
