Greenville food festival euphoria will kick off its 12th season with a ticket launch event on Sunday, April 23. To give patrons a taste of whats to come from the September festival, euphoria invited chef Elliott Moss of Asheville’s Buxton Hall to cook for the launch party. Recently named a James Beard Foundation “Best Chef: Southeast” semifinalist, Moss will serve his whole hog barbecue alongside Rappahannock Oyster Company’s briny oysters from the Chesapeake Bay.
It’s at this “Roast & Toast” event that euphoria will release the schedule for the 2017 season. Last year, the festival invited big names like Justin Devillier of La Petite Grocery, Vivian Howard from Chef and The Farmer, Curtis Duffy of Grace in Chicago, Joe Kindred from Kindred, and many, many more chefs, including a few from Charleston.
Keep an eye out to see who will attend euphoria this year and if its worth a drive from Charleston.
