Vegetable heavy restaurant Feathertop has gone through quite a few changes this season. It gained a new beverage director, Jeremiah Schenzel, launched Bubbles, Beats, and Bites on Wednesdays, and lost chef Raymond England. Last week Feathertop announced that Sundays will change a bit too — perpetually sold out food truck Short Grain would take over the eatery to wind down the weekend. For the next three Sundays in February, mobile kitchen heroes Corrie and Shuai Wang will offer “Chinese-centric family-style dishes.” The menu will change week to week.
They just released the first list of offerings, and diners will be able to find spare rib egg rolls, crab rice with Chinese sausage, bone marrow fried rice with spicy shrimp salad, and more. See the entire menu here.

“We're continuing this through the rest of the month and if it picks up any kind of steam, knock on wood, we're hoping to continue here on out,” says Corrie. That means if Charleston wants more “Chinese-centric” food, the Wangs need the crowds to come out on Sundays.
