The Granary Reopens Tonight With More Boozy Options

Menu from Roderick Weaver

Andrew Cebulka

Southern-influenced restaurant The Granary unlocks the doors this evening on its new location at 835 Coleman Blvd. Executive chef Brannon Florie still leads the kitchen with a menu of Lowcountry dishes utilizing seasonal ingredients. This version of The Granary features a raw bar local oysters, clams, and other offerings, an outdoor patio, and a 50-seat bar.

Another new addition is beverage manager Roderick Weaver. A familiar face to imbibers around town, Weaver brings experience from mixing bourbon drinks at Husk and serving boozy aguas frescas at Lewis Barbecue. His new cocktail menu features punch on tap, a Granary gin and tonic with cucumber bitters, and a tropical-sounding Ananas Express with rum, pineapple juice, orange, orgeat, tiki bitters, egg white, and basil. Have a look at all of Weaver’s signature drinks here before the opening at 4:00 p.m.
