After opening chef/owner Robert Berry left the kitchen at Pancito & Lefty, the restaurant has announced that chefs Greg Marks, Reid Henninger, and Corey Phillips will join the restaurant. Marks and Henninger were previously at Edmund’s Oast, and Phillips was at Xiao Bao Biscuit.
The food and beverage menus will shift but will still maintain the “authentic flavors and techniques of Oaxaca and other regions of Mexico.”
Also new to Pancito & Lefty will be a $10 rotating lunch special and more family style dishes for dinner. The restaurant will also offer catering for lunch groups of 10 or more and lunch delivery through UberEATS beginning December 4.
Located at 708 King St., the restaurant opens Sunday through Thursday, from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday, from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Pancito & Lefty is closed on Tuesdays.
