Sugar Bakeshop Celebrates a Sweet 10 Years

Plus a five-year anniversary for Burwell’s

CANNONBOROUGH/ELLIOTBOROUGH — On Saturday, November 11, adorable store Sugar Bakeshop celebrates its tenth birthday with a sidewalk sale on November 11, full of artisan vendors. In attendance will be Palmetto Pastures (local provider of eggs), Dizzy Dragonfly (candles and soaps), Wearecolor (coloring books and tea towels), Bitte Chocolate (bean-to-bar chocolate), Craft & Honey (cake toppers), and author Stephen Hoffius signing copies of his book on the great Charleston earthquake. THE MARKET — From November 6 to November 12, Burwell’s Steakhouse will celebrate its fifth year in Charleston by offering the bar menu for $5 and a special Treat Yourself Tuesday on Tuesday, November 7.
