After 20 years with fine dining destination Peninsula Grill, Graham Dailey steps down from his executive chef position. Dailey took the job after founding executive chef Bob Carter departed in 2011. The team at Peninsula Grill confirms that co-executive chef Ramon Taimanglo will assume the position. He will be the third person to hold the title of executive chef at the AAA four-diamond Peninsula Grill. He joined the restaurant as chef de cuisine in 2014 and was appointed co-executive Chef in 2016.
Going forward, Mark Bolchoz will be the Peninsula Grill chef de cuisine, and Chelsea McClamroch will be the sous chef. Bolchoz is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and McClamroch was part od Wando High School’s award-winning culinary team and holds a degree in hospitality tourism and business administration from the College of Charleston.
