NORTH CENTRAL — Chef David Schuttenberg, formerly of Fish, announced to Post & Courier that he will host Sichuan pop-ups at The Daily from 6 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. GOAT ISLAND — Former Cypress chef Craig Deihl and Goat Island Gatherings are hosting a Meat on Goat fundraiser to benefit Butchers of America. Before Deihl goes to compete at The World Butchers Challenge in Belfast, Ireland, in March, he wants to cook up a lot of meat for the Lowcountry.
