Two former New York chefs pair up this Sunday, January 22 for an Asian-meets-Italian dinner that will surely blow up Instagram feeds around the Lowcountry. The couple behind Short Grain food truck, Shuai and Corrie Wang, will stop by Beaufain Street hang Le Farfalle. Shuai and chef Michael Toscano will come together for a menu full of creations like okonomiyaki carbonara and onigiri alla bolognese.
Toscano says, “Their persistence to sourcing the freshest and most sustainable ingredients from local farms falls right in line with our own philosophy. We can’t wait to work together to bring you an evening that will surely not disappoint.”
