FRENCH QUARTER — Five big name chefs have teamed up with local young people for this year's Little Chef Big Chef event at High Cotton. Chef/host Shawn Kelly invited fellow culinary stars Graham Dailey of Peninsula Grill, Jeremiah Bacon of The Macintosh, Michael Toscano of Le Farfalle, and Michelle Weaver from Charleston Grill to join him in an evening of charitable giving. Each chef is paired with a Louie's Kids participant to create courses for the guests. Louie's Kids is a nonprofit organization raising funds to help treat childhood obesity.
