Which Michelin-Starred Chefs Will Join Euphoria This Year?

The photo probably gave it away, right?

Erin Perkins is the editor of Eater Carolinas.

Greenville-based food and wine festival Euphoria has a tradition of inviting guest chefs working at Michelin-starred restaurants to participate in the dinners. This all started when in 2006 when they invited three-star Michelin chef Thomas Keller to be a part of Euphoria.

Today, the big announcement reveals that chef Curtis Duffy of Grace in Chicago and pastry chef Thomas Raquel of Le Bernardin in New York City will participate in the festival this year.

Duffy earned three Michelin stars in 2016 and the James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: Great Lakes, not to mention a Chef of the Year award from Eater in 2013.

The Michelin dinner will take place on Saturday, September 24 at 7:00 p.m. at The Lazy Goat. The guest chefs will be joined by host chefs Michael Kramer (executive chef culinary operations, Table 301) and Steven Musolf (executive chef of The Lazy Goat). Tickets are $350 for the five-course wine-paired dinner.
