If the trek to Church Street to explore the extensive offerings from magical shop of cheese plate wonders goat. sheep. cow. vexes you, then you’ll have a second, more uptown option this October. The second store at 804 Meeting St. will offer seating and a chance for patrons to enjoy a glass of rosé and a slice of brie a la truffe or prosciutto cotto in the space. A newsletter from GSC explains:

At last, we will have a wine & coffee bar, complete with a larger retail space and much more cheese, charcuterie and wines to choose from. Our grab and go lunch, a staple down south, is coming to the NoMo side of town! Not to mention, you’ll be able to sit down with a glass of wine and one of our signature cheese and charcuterie plates. A dream come true, for us and for you!

The update also states that the second GSC should be open by the end October and shows off some fancy lighting as proof. Keep here for more details as they are rolled out.
