Tour Bright and Sunny Juice Bar Beech

No more gaudy green walls

Fast casual and family-owned Beech opened over the weekend with yogi bowls, guava jam bagels, and more. Here, Eater gets a tour of the newly renovated space at 315 King St. — you'll never believe it was once a 32º frozen yogurt bar covered in neon and froyo pumps.

Bright spot on Lower King Beech offers a menu of smoothies, juice, wraps, acai bowls, and bagels. Once systems are in place, the eatery will also sell tuna and salmon poke bowls. For those looking for a pick me up, Beech sells Black Tap coffee and One Love kombucha. Customers order at the counter and take a seat in the dining room, where they are able to watch everything happening in the kitchen.

There are several communal tables in the space, a few cozy leather chairs facing the front window looking onto King Street, and most important — wifi. Take a look around here at the transformation from corporate froyo place to airy juice bar and breakfast/lunch stop.
