HUBWIDE — Charleston Beer Week takes place September 11 through September 17 with various brew-related activities across the Lowcountry. Lead organizers Chrys Rynearson and Timmons Pettigrew from CHS.Beer planned 42 events with more announcements forthcoming — many focus on locally-brewed beer, while others focus on complementing craft beer with everything from brunch, to yoga, to kayaking, to ghost tours. DOWNTOWN — Award-winning brewery Revelry will expand this fall. The team is building a rooftop tasting room to accommodate all their fans. Revelry hasn’t set a date for the opening, but City Paper muses that it could be October. [CP]
