Erin Perkins is the editor of Eater Carolinas, covering the food and restaurant scene across North and South Carolina.

After a stint working for Tom Colicchio in New York, chef Air Casebier returned to Charleston and in 2015 to launch her catering business FeastDuring 2014, Casebier prepared meals for small events and then saw a greater need for sustainable, local product catering. Feast grew due to that increased demand, and Casebier dedicated a crew for larger parties and constantly took on new clients.

Now, the concept has evolved into a brick-and-mortar establishment on Isle of Palms. Located at 1028 Carolina Blvd., Feast offers a cheery spot to sample Casebier's work, Tuesday through Sunday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Like with the catering business, Casebier emphasizes fresh and local. The menu offers a daily baked egg dishes, roast cauliflower and kale salad, farm egg sandwich with spiced tomato jam and bacon, avocado tartine, roast pork sandwich with arugula pesto, and more.

Below is the entire menu from Feast's website.
