Harleston Village Italian restaurant Le Farfalle unlocks the floodgates to fresh pasta today at 5:30 p.m. From here out, the eatery will open daily for dinner service from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Lunch and brunch will eventually make their way into the mix.

Chef Michael Toscano and team will showcase "various regions throughout Italy, as well as ingredients bountiful to the South." There's small plates, seasonal vegetables, pasta, a $90 steak for two, and Italian-inspired entrees.

Take a look through the dinner, cocktail, and wine menus here.

Reservations can be made in advance for the indoor dining room via Resy or by calling (843) 212-0920. Go and get a giant hunk of that sweet, sweet wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano before the rest of Charleston consumes it.

And if you do nab a table this weekend, be sure to report back on your experience.
