While Charleston waits for the finishing touches to wrap up at upcoming Italian restaurant Le Farfalle, the staff, presumably, trains in anticipation of opening day. By the looks of the Le Farfalle Instagram account, the back-of-house crew is ready to go in their chef’s whites (well, except for chef/owner Michael Toscano).
In front of the crew sits a giant wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano, probably prepped to become an ingredient with some fresh pastas.
Once open at 15 Beaufain St., Le Farfalle will offer patrons a modern take on regional Italian food in an upscale, yet casual, environment. As the the restaurant says, "We will have table cloths in the dining room for your comfort, however we wish for everyone to know that they are important to us and you can feel comfortable walking in off the streets, just as you are."
Look for more updates on when the doors might swing open, menu details, and interior shots here.
