Super fancy hotel The Dewberry opened last week and the big question around town seems to be, "Have you been?" The first floor lounge The Living Room now welcomes guests with cocktails from bar manager Ryan Casey, and restaurant Henrietta's serves patrons a menu of "Southern brasserie" fare. While we don't have photos of the mid-century modern wonderland, we can give you the next best thing — a menu from the inside.
While smuggling the perfectly-printed paper from the confines of the hotel, the staff reminded us that the menu does change often, so guests should check in to see what the dinner options will be for the night. The Dewberry plans to eventually have Henrietta's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but at the current time, only dinner service is offered. Executive chef Wes Morton and chef de cuisine R.J. Dye are in the kitchen putting out items like an incredibly flavorful burger, a whole chicken for two, and roasted oysters worth sharing.
