The other day Eater perused the Slightly North of Broad menu and happened to notice chef Frank Lee's signature lunch pad Thai was missing. We should have known right then and there that something was amiss — that dish has been on the menu for almost the entire run of the restaurant. On Wednesday, the Hall Management Group (owners of SNOB) announced Lee would step down from his executive chef position. However, chef Russ Moore, who has been in the SNOB kitchen for 14 years will take Lee's place.

Lee still remains with the company, but won't be in the kitchen for the long shifts. Post and Courier reports that he will help with special events and will be promoting a book in the fall.

As far as that pad Thai goes, there is a new dish on the menu titled "Chilled Noodle Bowl" with sautéed shrimp, shaved vegetables, basil, peanuts, and a sweet chili sauce for $16.
