Lewis Barbecue Has Permission to Sell Pounds and Pounds of Brisket

One more step towards mounds of rosy brisket in your mouth was completed yesterday — Lewis Barbecue received a retail food establishment permit from the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. The team proudly showed off their "A" score from DHEC on Instagram.
