Legendary pitmaster Rodney Scott and James Beard Award-nominated freelance writer Rien Fertel visited Butcher & Bee yesterday in celebration of Fertel's book The One True Barbecue: Fire, Smoke, and the Pitmasters Who Cook the Whole Hog. Scott prepped a whole hog and B&B chefs Chelsey Conrad and William Mote came up with the sides.
