Wise-Buck Smoked Meats Wants to Lure Crowds From King Street

(with meat)

Erin Perkins

The most casual component of the block of restaurants popping up at 23 Ann St., Wise-Buck Smoked Meats, shows outward signals of opening soon. Limelight Sign Co. recently branded the side of the building, and there's an "A" from the Department of Health and Environmental Control in the window.

Wise-Buck Smoked Meats comes from chef Damon Wise and brand builder Jonathan Buckley. Once open, Wise-Buck will serve smoked meats of many varieties, seasonal market sides, canned beers, and keep it all affordable. It will be a casual option for lunch and dinner, with picnic tables on the patio.
