This summer, visitors east of the Cooper will have the opportunity to sample a new Tex-Mex eatery at 1035 Johnnie Dodds Blvd. Cinco Tex-Mex plans to open with intentions to offer a "simple, honest, authentic, elegant, and fun" experience.
Cinco comes from former tech accessory agent Roberto Perez-Vega. The new restaurateur wants to share his "love and heritage" of Tex-Mex (and secret family recipes) with Charleston. The Facebook page hints at fajitas, declares a summer opening, and boasts a logo from local advertising agency Hook.
Keep an eye here for more details as they come.
