Ann Street stunner Feathertop opened last weekend with dinner service and coffee in the mornings. In anticipation of the long weekend, the cafe will begin brunch service on Saturday, May 28 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and will repeat the services on Sunday and Monday for Memorial Day.
The menu from chef Damon Wise and chef de cuisine Raymond England allows for different levels of brunch. Guests can stay light with kombucha and a watermelon salad, or patrons can go deep with rum and sherry cocktails followed lamb hash and rabbit sausage. Here's the full menu.
