Butcher & Bee

North Central pioneer Butcher & Bee opened its NoMo outpost last week to much fanfare. The updated B&B begins with dinner service only, starting at 4:00 p.m. This is a bit of a change for former fans who grew to adore B&B for lunch, brunch, and the occasional late night. However, for followers of the chalkboard offerings at the previous address, there's even more Lowcountry goodness packed into the new evening menu.

While there may not be any sandwiches, the kitchen will instead tempt you with field peas in a jalapeño vinaigrette with Jimmy Red cornbread, lamb ribs with fennel, coriander, and pomegranate or a crispy Keegan-Filion chicken, with wilted greens, cucumber yogurt, and schug (chili relish).
